Warm up: 10 minutes

Strength/Skill

400 M – Farmers Carry (50# DB or 53# KB / 35# DB or 36# KB) both hands

METCON:    5 Rounds           (start wherever you want – 4th minute is rest for everyone)   

            1 Minute :  Pull Ups x Max Reps (45 – 50 seconds of work)

            2 Minute : Burpees x Max reps (45 – 50 seconds of work)

            3 Minute : Box Jumps x Max reps (45 – 50 seconds of work)

            4 minute : Rest
