7 RNFT – 20 Minutes – Work to a heavy working set focusing on form – complete every round unbroken, except maybe for the 5th 

X5 Back Squats 

15 Minute AMRAP:               

            10 SDLHP                              (53# / 35#)

            10 Wall Balls                          (20# / 14#)

            10 Push Ups
