Warm up: 15 minutes

Strength / Skill:

            10 Minutes Double Under Practice (establish a max unbroken set)

            7 x 3 second Superman Holds

            7 x 3 second Hollow Body Holds

15 Minute AMRAP:               

            1 Power Clean  (95#/65#)                   

            1 Front Squat  (95#/65#)

(Add one repetition each round = 2 power clean + 2 Front Squat, 3 power clean + 3 front squat, etc etc)
