10 RNFT – E2MOM – Work to a heavy working set focusing on form – complete every round unbroken, except maybe for the 9th and 10th 

5 x Deadlift


 15 Minute AMRAP   

            3 Pull Ups

            6 Push Ups

            9 Air Squats
