10 RNFT – E2MOM – Work to a heavy working set focusing on form – complete every round unbroken, except maybe the 9th and 10th

5 x Back Squat 


8 rounds for time:                 

100’ Farmers Carry (two laps of the pad – clockwise)

10 Push Ups

15 Sit-ups
