30 Push-ups

40 AbMat Sit-ups

50 Air Squats

then

3 Rounds for quality of:

L Arm Overhead Kettlebell Crossbody Carry, pick load, 50 ft

R Arm Overhead Kettlebell Crossbody Carry, pick load, 50 ft

10 L/10 R Dumbbell Side Plank Rotations, pick load

max effort L-Sit

Rest 2 mins
