then

10-15 minutes to practice Handstand hold and/or walks.

METCON:

In 13 minutes complete:

Row, 1000 m then in the remaining time, AMRAP of:

5 Deadlifts, 245 lbs

15 AbMat Sit-ups

25 Double Unders
