Warm-up:

  • 3 rounds for quality of:
    • 5 Inchworms
    • Single Arm Overhead Carry, pick load, 200 ft Change arm every 50ft
  • 400m Run to complete warm-up

Strength:

  • Find your 10 Rep Max for Push Press
    • Record your weight!!! Percentages will be based on this recorded weight.

Metcon:

  • For time of:
    • 21-15-9
    • Push Jerk, 135/95 lbs
    • Lateral Bar Burpee
