10 Burpees and 10 air squats every minute for 10 minutes


B. Strict Press

3 Sets of 5 @ 60% of 1RM Press


C. 2 Rounds for time

30 Alternating Dumbell Snatch 50/35 lbs

80 Double Under / 160 Singles Unbroken (5 Burpee Penalty if broken then start over)
