10 push jerk


Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes complete 3 reps  of deficit hand stand push ups. Scale as needed.

5 sets of 3 

Work on form over weight!!!


In 12 minutes

Row 2K meters for time


Max reps toes to bar for the remainder of 12 minutes.
