10 wall balls

10 kettlebell swings

10 Plyometric squat jumps


Hang Power Clean +  Hang Squat Clean

7 sets of (2+2)

Record Heaviest Weight



Even Minutes: 15 KBS

Odd Minutes: 5 Pull-ups + 10 Deadlifts at 225/185
