CrossFit Total
30 mins cap to find:

Back squat, 1 rep max
Shoulder press, 1 rep max
Deadlift, 1 rep max

Tips: Be sure to warm up to each movement but don’t waste too many reps before getting to 1 rep max.  Manage rest to work ratio to that you’re as fresh as possible to attempt each movement and rep within the given time limit.
