4 rounds for time of:

100-ft. walking lunge

30 GHD sit-ups
30 pull-ups

Tips: Reduce the volume of each exercise in order to avoid long breaks and finish in under 20 minutes. Newer athletes should steer clear of the GHD in this workout.
