This named WOD was inspired by our very own barbell superstar, Cita Aldan. Cita has been at Kadena for quite some time and having been involved with CrossFit long enough to make a name for herself. Don’t let her quiet personality fool you as she’s has a lot of knowledge under her belt when it comes to CrossFit. Little fun fact you may or may not know is that Cita is the creator and designer of Shogun CrossFit current logo. Cita has also contributed to help design our very popular Shogun CrossFit shirt and donated countless items to our box. Although Cita is moving on to her next venture in the Air Force, she will always be a Shogun athlete. We wish her the best in all that she inspired to do and excited to her on the leaderboard for the CrossFit OPEN in the future.
