Burpees Over Bar
Power Snatches 95/65
400m Med Ball Carry After each round

Tips: Select the weight for the power snatch that you can complete each round unbroken or 2 sets with minimum rest.  Keep moving on the burpees even if you slow down and do not rest on the bottom of the burpees.
