AT HOME WOD

16 mins EMOM of:
“EMOM” = Every Minute on the Minute
Plank
Russian Twist (Can be done with or without weight)
Plank
Superman
*Both Russian Twist should be perform as many reps as possible during the minute
**Score is total number of Russian Twist and Superman reps combine within the 16 mins

Ex:
Mins 0-1 Plank
Mins 1-2 Russian Twist (Med Ball Optional)
Mins 2-3 Plank
Mins 3-4 Superman
*Keep repeating until the 16 mins is up.
