“Cindy” Benchmark WOD

20 Minute AMRAP

Perform as many rounds as possible of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

*Remember to always record you times in your log at home.  Just like all other benchmark WOD or lifts, you’ll have it for future lookbacks to see how you have improve overtime.
