4 Rounds For Time (RFT) of:

7 Bar Muscle Ups (Scale=Chest to Bar Pull up)

15 Deadlifts (Rx=225/135)

30 Alternating Lunges

*If unable to perform chest to bar pull ups, discuss with a coach on scaled version of the chest to bar pull ups such as the jumping chest to bar pull ups.
