Part A. Death by burpees 

At 3-2-1 go, start with 1 burpee.  At the top of every minute add a burpee.  Continue to add a burpee every minute until unable to complete the required burpees per minute

Example: 0-1 Min 1 Burpee
1-2 Min 2 Burpees
2-3 Min 3 Burpees and so on

Part B.  Spend 15 minutes stretching or using a roller.
