“Cindy”
20 Min AMRAP of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air squats

*Remember as with all WODs and barbell movements, record your results and dates you complete them.  Although “Cindy” is not one of the original benchmark WOD, it is still a good idea to record your results/performance.
