Hang from a pull-up bar for a total of 6 minutes
Each time you drop from the bar, perform:
30 push-ups (Scaled=Knee Push-ups)
*After performing the run and push ups, get back on the bar and continue to cycle this routine until you have reach a total of 6 minutes hanging from the bar.
