For time:
30 overhead squats
15 chest to bar pull-ups
20 overhead squats
10 chest to bar pull-ups

Men use 115-lb. barbell
Women use 75-lb. barbell 

SCALED

For time:
30 overhead squats
15 jumping chest to bar pull-ups
20 overhead squats
10 jumping chest to bar pull-ups

Scale weight as needed.
