Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
5 sumo deadlift high pulls (115/75)
5 strict handstand push-ups

SCALED
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
5 sumo deadlift high pulls (55/35)
5 pike push-ups (Using a box)

Tips: During your warm-up, find a load for the sumo deadlift high pull that allows you to complete 10 consecutive high pulls. If you have a strict handstand push-up, begin the workout as prescribed and modify if you become unable to perform one. If you do not have a strict handstand push-up, select a modification that focuses on developing upper-body strength.
