50 toes-to-bars (T2B)

Tips: Spend time in the warm-up rowing and finding a pace that you can maintain.  If at any point you lose the ability to complete 1 toes-to-bar, finish the reps with hanging knee raises, lifting the knees as high as possible.  Keeps sets of T2B small.
