Modified “Andy” For time of:
20 thrusters
30 box jumps (24/20)
50 deadlifts
1.0-mile run
50 deadlifts
30 box jumps (24/20)
20 thrusters
(30 Mins Time Cap)

Men: Rx 95lb./Intermediate 75lb./ Beginner 45lb.
Women: Rx 65lb./ Intermediate 45lb./ Beginner PVC pipe

Tip: Choose a weight that allows at least 10 unbroken reps of thrusters and deadlifts and allows this workout to be a sprint.   For the box jumps, prioritize jumping even if it means lowering the height of the box or using a stack of plates.
