60 Second Cumulative L-Sit Hold
30 Calorie Row

SCALED
60 Second Cumulative Knee Tuck Hang
20 Calorie Row

Tips: If at any point you are unable to hold the L-sit variation for at least 5 seconds, modify to bending one or both knees. If you are able to complete the first 30 seconds without a break, use the prescribed 60 seconds for the remaining rounds.
