11 Box Jumps (24/20)
11 Thrusters (115/75)
11 Burpee Chest to Bar Pull-ups
11 Power Cleans (155/115)
11 HSPU’s
11 KB Swings (53/35)
11 Toes to Bar
11 Deadlifts (155/115)
11 Push Jerks (95/65)
2001m Run or Row

Time Cap: 35mins

*Please scale to your skills and capabilities as appropriate.  A coach can help with scaling and goal for the WOD.  Due to the time limit, not all athlete will be able to complete this WOD.  However, you are encouraged to complete as movements as possible within the time limit.
