FOR TIME:
30 Squat Snatches (Rx=155/105)

Scaling Options:
For time:
Power snatches, 30 reps
Beginner=75/55
Intermediate=125/85

*For additional scaling weights, discuss with a trainer

Tips: Warm up to your weight for the workout in no more than 5 sets. Select a load that will allow for 3 reps to be completed within :30.  View the video for additional tips on the movement.
