Part A.

7 Minutes AMRAP of:
5 Box Jumps (Rx=30/24, Scale=24/20)
3 Squat Cleans (Rx=185/115, Scale=95/65)

*Remember to discuss with a trainer for scaling to your specific needs and abilities.  The Rx and Scaling above are use as a beginning guidelines.  As with any WOD, a trainer can help you scale up or down to help you get the result meant for the WOD.
