15 left-arm kettlebell snatches (1 pood or 16Kg or 35lbs)
15 right-arm kettlebell snatches (1 pood or 16Kg or 35lbs)
Scaling Tips: Attempt an aggressive pace during each run. If you are inexperienced with the kettlebell snatch, work on the technique prior to beginning the workout. If you have excessive wrist discomfort, perform one-arm swings instead. Choose a weight that allows you to complete at least 10 unbroken reps on your non-dominant arm.
