Front squat
1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

This is a Heavy Day. Try to increase the load for each attempt while maintaining excellent mechanics. If minor deviations in form occur, stay at the same weight and correct them on the next set.

Beginners:

Front Squat
3-3-3-3-3-3 reps

Warm-up with a PVC and lighter loads for at least 15 minutes. Each set should feel challenging. Maintain excellent mechanics for all 6 sets.
