12 Mins AMRAP
Goal: challenging load that enables you to move quickly and minimize rest

Complete as many rounds as possible of:
9 dumbbell deadlifts
6 burpees
3 dumbbell power cleans
RX = 60-lb DB Men/ 40-lb. Women
Scaled = 30-lb DB Men/ 20-lb. Women
DB can be replace with kettlebells or barbell
*Ask a coach for additional scaling options for this WOD.
