Then:

5 Minutes AMRAP

15 Wall Balls

12 Push-ups

10 Pullups

8 Power Cleans

135/95

Rest 2 Minutes, then Repeat same 5 Min AMRAP. *On the second round, start off when you ended on the first round.

Total reps from both rounds will be logged.
