2 Bar over Burpees

3 Pull-ups

5 Push-Ups

6 Front Squats 95/65lbs

7 Tire Flips

8 Wall Balls

9 Push Ups

10 Deadlifts

11 Hang Power Cleans

12 Thrusters

The workout is performed just like the “12 Days of Christmas” song. Costumes are encourages.
