Deadlifts

10-8-6-4-2

(Athletes will choose a load each set, rest 2 min in between each set)

Rest 5 min, then:

Partner Row

300 Meters for 10 Rounds

(One athlete will row and the other will rest. Athletes will switch every 300 meters until each athlete has completed 10 rounds. If an athlete does not have a partner, they will rest 1 min in between each set.)
