  • 10 Wallball (20/14lbs to 10/9’)
  • 5 Burpees
  • 1 MU

*Scale for MU can be anything learned at the MU clinic:

  • Jump to support (at top of dip)
  • Dip
  • From knees, pull to chest & flip over
  • From knees, pull to chest, flip over & finish with dip
  • Jumping MU (from box)
