5 Sets: 2x Snatch Liftoff + 1x Full Squat Snatch

*Snatch liftoff: Bar travels from ground to mid-kneecap

Then:

Open Workout 14.1 – 10min AMRAP:

  • 30 Double Unders
  • 15 Power Snatch (75/55lbs)

*For the ladies that only have 5lb plates on their bar, you do not have to lift from the ground, but lift from mid-shin.
