3 Sets, Not For Time:

  • 10 Ring Pushups
  • 5-10 Strict C2B
  • 20 Shoulder Taps (total)

*Scale for shoulder taps can be taps from the plank position, or a 30s nose-to-wall HS hold.  Scale for strict C2B can be jump to a 3-5s negative.

Then:

12min Tabata:

  • Situps
  • Air Squats
  • Double Unders
