16min AMRAP (with a partner):
- 10 Tire Flips
- 10 Burpee-Over-Tire
*While one partner is working on the reps, the other partner is running 400m; partners will switch back and forth for the 16min duration.
*Burpee over tire will being with a burpee on one side of the tire, followed by jumping through or on top of the tire to the other side – no stepping over, must jump (landing on the other side is 1 rep).
