For Time, Team Relay style:

  • 50 Cal Row
  • 40 Front Rack Alt. Lunge (65/45lbs)
  • 30 T2B
  • 20 Thrusters (65/45lbs)
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 100 Double Under Cash Out (optional)

*Athletes will be split into even teams.  Athletes may not move to the next station until the person in front of them is complete on their station.
