20 min AMRAP Team Relay:

  • 500m Row
  • 15 Power Snatch (95/65lbs)
  • 20 T2B

*Athletes will be split into 4 teams evenly.  The second athlete cannot move to the next station until the athlete in front of them is complete with the movement.  Athletes will continue through the relay for 20min.  Score will be total number of rounds completed by the team.
