5×3 OHS @ 32X1 Tempo

*Tempo: Athletes will descend for 3s, hold at the bottom of the squat for 2s, stand as quickly as possible, and have 1s between reps.

Then:

3 RFT:

  • 8 KB PP (53/35lbs)
  • 16 Goblet Squat
  • 24 KBS

*One KB will be used for the workout (alternate/split up the push press however you’d like)
