8min Tabata (alternating):

  • Handstand Hold (20s)
  • Abmat Situps

Then:

“Nicole”

20min AMRAP:

  • 400m Run
  • Max reps Pullups

*Note the number of pullups each round.  Athletes will get one chance to jump up on the bar for pullups after each run; as soon as they drop off the bar, the set is terminated.  Only scale for this will be ring rows – as soon as the athlete can no longer pull themselves to the rings, the set is terminated.
