With a Partner, Every 2min, For as Long as Possible:

  • 0:00-2:00: 2 Wall Walks + 12 Front Squat (115/75lbs)
  • 2:00-4:00: 2 Wall Walks + 15 FS
  • 4:00-6:00: 2 Wall Walks + 18 FS
  • 6:00-8:00: 2 Wall Walks + 21 FS
  • 8:00-10:00: 2 WW + 24 FS
  • 10:00-12:00: 2 WW + 27 FS………..

*Partners can partition reps however they choose.
