Every 2min for 10min:

Front Squat x 2

*Build each set

Then:

4 Sets for Reps:

– 1min ME Sled Drag (70/45lbs)

– 30s Rest

– 1min ME Box Jump (24/20)

– 30s Rest

*Sled Drags will be in 30ft increments.  One 30ft drag will count as one rep.  Men will add a 45lb & 25lb plate to their sled; women will add one 45lb plate.
