6×2 Deadlift

*Build to a heavy double, but not a 2RM.  Reps must be consecutive (no dropping bar between, it must be guided back down between reps).

Then:

Flight Simulator: Wallball (20/14lbs to 10/9′)

5-10-15-20-15-10-5

*Each set must be unbroken.  If the athlete breaks the set, the athlete must begin again at that set.  Athletes may rest as long as they would like between attempts.  15min Cap.
