– 50 Wallballs (partner hangs from bar) (20/14lbs to 10′)
– 50 KBS (partner holds plank) 70/53lbs
*While one partner works on reps, the other partner will be in the respective “hold” position. If the partner in the “hold” position stops holding, the partner working on the reps must also stop.
