Skill Work:

– 4×3 Snatch High Pull from Hang Position

– Build slightly each set.  Focus should be on proper form & mechanics (bar close to body, straight bar path, elbows high & outside)

Then:

– Take 20min to build to a heavy single Hang Power Snatch
