– 1×3 DL @ 70% of 1RM

– 1×2 DL @ 75% of 1RM

– 1×2 DL @ 80% of 1RM

– 1×1 DL @ 85% of 1RM

Then:

4 Rounds, not for time:

– 30ft Front Rack walking lunge (135/95lbs)

– Rest 1min
