Then:

12min Tabata:

– Air Squat

– Pushup

– Situp

*Alternate through the tabata cycle as listed (i.e. 20s air squat/10s rest, 20s pushup/10s rest, 20s situp/10s rest, 20s air squat/10s rest…)
